Year 2009 has been a year of peace and recuperation.

Fulfilling Weekend!

A fulfilling weekend spent.

Friday: Busy Busy...
Hubby came to fetch me from work as usual, then proceed to meet sis at Buona Vista to collect office chairs - letting go at $5 each only! Managed to squeeze in 3 office chairs into our 1.3L "mini" car after collapsing the back seats. After that, we went to commonwealth for dinner as recommended by the show 《煮炒来咯！》. We ordered 4 dishes just for the 3 of us! crazy right? until we cannot finish and dabao back the honey chicken pieces back to mum's place. The recommended dishes were quite delicious though.
After mum's place, we went to in-law's place for a while before meeting hubby's customer at Carabelle to collect keys. Their condo home is really windy and they have a huge christmas tree at the balcony which is taller than me! It was well decorated and lighted up, i love it! (as compared, what's my mini x'mas decoration at home....??)
Following that, we went to Tampines to pass the keys to hubby's colleague and by the time we returned home, it's already 12 midnight..SnoreZz..

Saturday:
Had lunch at home then meet bro in the afternoon and went back home to watch 《桃花小妹》then 《我猜我猜我猜猜猜》I'm a TV addict k.. hee..

Sunday:
Badminton session with hubby, bro, sis and our little monster nephew!
A full 2 hours session, no time to rest as we took turns to look after..or rather playing catching or entertaining our dear nephew, a playful little 33 months old.
It was really tiring but enjoyable. Dragged ourselves back home to bathe and to mum's place for dinner before hubby and myself proceed to westmall to take a walk, then back home at 10pm to watch "The Host" on Channel U as recommended by my colleague.

Monday: I'm on leave!
Went swimming at 11am (think my face sunburnt) whilst hubby went to the Gym at Safra. It cost only $70 for a 5-yr membership for spouse, so must make it worthwhile, hehe..Had a good set lunch at Jack's Place. Drive back home to settle some things and left for Bugis by train at around 3pm. 还太岁 then to Guan Inn Temple, shop at Bugis Junction and 313@Somerset. It's a new shopping centre near centrepoint and another shopping place TripleOne will be opening soon too. Personally, i feel that town area is now not the same as before. At least it is no longer a place with all branded boutiques meant for higher incomes, but to all ages.

313 is quite a big shopping mall with one level of Food Republic. Inside this Food Republic, there is this Teppanyaki section which we decided for dinner. It is a pity that they do not serve garlic rice which we liked and we concluded that Teppanyaki @ Bugis still taste better.

At last, we left Somerset by bus 502 at around 9.30pm and reached home at approximately 11.30pm.

Had a really fulfilling and enjoyable weekend! Sounds like going for tour yeah? haa..
